Your Package Should NOT Be Left Outside For An Extended Amount Of Time During Hot Weather, Or You Are Running The Risk Of Having Your Precious Items Melt Which Will Change The Texture & Overall Look Of The Product, But Will NOT Impact The Efficacy Of The Product Itself. Please Be Attentive To The Tracking Information & As Soon As Your Package Arrives, Please Bring It Inside!

If Your Item Has Melted, Please Place Item In The Refrigerator For An Hour Or So To Re-Solidify. Take Out Of Refrigerator, Let Sit In Room Temperature For About 20min Before Ready To Use. Your Product Should Be Good To Go Moving Forward Enjoy!
